Shipping

• Where we ship: United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
• Cost: Free UK shipping on every order.
• Service: Royal Mail Tracked 48, fully tracked end-to-end.
• Dispatch: Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
• Delivery time: 2–3 working days from dispatch.
• Tracking: You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.

60-day satisfaction guarantee

We want you to feel great about your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return any unopened, unused bottle within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

How to return an item

1. Email info@vitamiq.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We'll reply within one working day with the return address and instructions.
3. Post the unopened item(s) back to us using a tracked service of your choice.
4. Once we receive and check the return, we'll refund the original payment method within 5 working days.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or sent in error — in which case we'll cover it.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email info@vitamiq.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including return postage) right away.

Lost parcels

In the rare event a tracked parcel doesn't arrive within 10 working days of dispatch, get in touch and we'll open an investigation with Royal Mail and resend or refund your order.
