VitamiQ is a UK-based, family-run supplement company founded by two brothers with a shared interest in health, wellbeing and living better for longer.

But the story behind VitamiQ — and the reason NMN became our first product — is much more personal.

In September 2024, during a night out in Ibiza, one of us suffered a serious brain injury following an assault.

The injuries included two bleeds on the brain and a fractured eye socket, followed by a long recovery with months of memory problems and brain fog.

Like any family going through something like this, we wanted to understand whether there was anything more we could learn that might help support his recovery. That led us to spend countless hours researching nutrition, supplementation and the science surrounding recovery and long-term wellbeing.

During that research, we came across NAD+ and began learning about its role within the body. That eventually led us to NMN — nicotinamide mononucleotide — a molecule involved in pathways through which the body produces NAD+.

What began as a personal search for information during one of the most difficult periods in our family's life developed into a much deeper interest in NMN, NAD+ and the research surrounding them.

The more we learned about NMN and NAD+, the more interested we became — but we also noticed something else.

There was an enormous amount of information online, often accompanied by bold claims that went much further than the research itself.

We wanted to approach things differently.

Rather than building a brand around promises, we wanted to build one around research, quality and transparency.

That idea became VitamiQ.

And because NMN was the ingredient that started this journey for us, it felt natural that it should become our very first product.

Our experience taught us the importance of asking questions, doing the research and understanding what you're putting into your body.

That's an approach we want to carry through everything we do at VitamiQ.

Our NMN is produced in the UK using carefully sourced ingredients and manufactured to high quality standards.

From formulation and production through to packaging and customer service, every detail is considered with care.

But quality is only part of what we want VitamiQ to represent.

We also believe in being open about what the science shows, what it doesn't yet show and where research is still developing.

We don't believe supplements need unrealistic promises to be interesting.

For us, VitamiQ is more than a supplement company.

It's a family business born from an experience that changed our perspective on health and ultimately led us down a path we never expected to take.

Today, NMN is just the beginning.

As VitamiQ grows, our aim is to develop a wider range of thoughtfully formulated supplements for people who, like us, want to take a more proactive and informed approach to their everyday wellbeing.
